This light-up gauge makes counting stitches so much easier! The crosshairs at 1 inch help you keep track of your count as you move across your stitches. It can be set to one of 10 different colors or a slow color-shifting mode if you just can't decide. The whole gauge is 2 inches, just multiple by 2 to get your gauge over 4 inches. At about the size of a credit card and 1/4" thick, it's convenient to throw into any project bag. It comes with a small velvet bag to protect it from scratches, and can be recharged with any USB charger and USB-C cable (not included).
Using the Glow Gauge:
ON/OFF: press and hold the button under the sun for 5 seconds
Change Color: briefly press and release the sun button while it's on. The color choices are: red, orange, yellow, lime, green, cyan, blue, purple, pink, white, and slow color-shifting.
Charging: plug into any USB charger using a USB-C cable. The LED on the left edge indicates charging status: Red = Charging, Green = Full
Care & Storage of your Glow Gauge:
Keep it in the velvet bag when not in use to protect it from scratches. You can clean it with a clean microfiber cloth or any mild evaporative cleaner. Please remember it contains a battery so DO NOT IMMERSE THE GLOW GAUGE IN WATER OR PUT IT UNDER A FAUCET. Scratches can be removed using acrylic polish. Be careful if polishing the bottom (underside) of the Glow Gauge, as this is the engraved side and you don't want to polish away the markings.
Please be aware that this item contains a small lithium polymer battery! Do NOT put the Glow Gauge in your back pocket and sit on it! Do not expose it to water, please store and charge it only at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Using and charging your Glow Gauge regularly will help prolong the battery life.
