Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if there's a problem with the product you received, please give us a chance to make it right before initiating a return.  We want you to be happy with our products!  Email us with a description of the problem and photo (if possible) at orders@alpenglowindustries.com.  Replying to your order confirmation email is very helpful.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unsoldered, and in its original packaging.  If the item was purchased in-person at a show, you’ll need to provide proof of purchase or transaction number as our system does not save identifying information for in-person sales.  You are responsible for the costs of return shipping.  To start a return, please contact us at orders@alpenglowindustries.com.  Please do NOT contact us through social media channels, we will not respond to customer service inquiries there.  You can always contact us for any questions at info@alpenglowindustries.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.  As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unsoldered, and in its original packaging.  Providing an order number can speed up the process.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.  Shipping costs are not refundable.  This covers original payment processing fees which are no longer being returned to us by any payment processor (Thanks for starting that trend, Paypal, super helpful).  If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  Note that goods returned to us which are not in the previously specified condition, or are lost in transit, may not be eligible for a refund.  If more than 15 business days have passed since you shipped your return and you have not heard from us, please contact us.
