Shipping policy
We generally ship orders within 1-2 business days (US holidays excluded). You will receive an automatic email with tracking number once your item(s) have been shipped. We are a very small business, and while we try to plan around vacations and company travel, occassionally shipping times will be longer and we ask for your understanding. We will do our best to update the banner at the top of the home page in a timely fashion when our shipping time is more than usual.
International Shipping: All shipping outside of the US and its territories will be according to DDU terms, meaning "Delivery Duties Unpaid." You, the customer, are responsible for all customs, import, and brokerage fees associated with the shipment. These fees are charged by your country and by the carrier upon delivery, they are NOT included in the shipping charge paid upon checkout. We are sorry, there is no way for us to estimate or predict what these fees will be, we suggest all international customers be familiar with their country's import duties prior to purchasing. We declare the full value of goods and do our best to properly classify them according to HTS codes. If an international delivery is refused or returned to us for any reason, refunds will be less any fees we are charged in additional to the fees described in the Return Policy.
