It seems that no matter how much I talk about shipping plans in newsletters or on instagram, we still get several daily emails asking about shipping. Here it is again:
We have received an extremely high volume of orders over the past few weeks, and just shipping everything else that's fully ready to be thrown into a package takes time. We are responding to all inquiries about shipping with an automatic message, we will not take the time away from kitting and packaging and actually shipping to respond to individual inquiries about when your order will ship. If you have not received a tracking number, it's because your order hasn't shipped yet! Read below to learn whyyyyyyyyyy.
A reminder: When you receive your order from us, please open and check it ASAP to make sure there are no issues. We don't have a lot of time to correct mistakes, and the sooner we know about any, the better!
When you receive your Swift Repair Kit order, please check:
- The pinned pairs of struts are the same color as the inner struts on your swift
- The loose struts are the same color as the outer struts on your swift
- All pins and extra parts are the same color as your hub colors (black or white).
SkeinTwister Parts & Swift Repair Kits:
You will get your parts or repair kit, please understand that they didn't ship immediately because:
- There's one small part for SkeinTwister motor repair kits we're waiting on and we still need to build ~50 foot pedals. These will ship at the end of March.
- Swift Repair kits are all individually kitted and assembled because everyone has different colors. This takes time, and we have received orders for over 300 repair kits. We are shipping batches of swift repair kits every day.
